Indian Bank — deducted my money without my permission or information

Indian bank deducted my money every month without taking my permission or without giving me any information. They are not even sending me msg. I don't know how they cut my money every month. I went to bank they said write an application and we will look after. But they didn't do anything. I even called on customer care they also said go to bank and tell me...

One month before i transfer some to other account but amount was not transfered but amount debited in my account so plz take immediate action and solve our problem
