Indian Bank — delay of reception of atm card | |||||
I opened a saving bank account in indian bank of hide road branch at the date of 30th june, 2017. I was told that i will recieve the atm card within 10 or 15 days. I went to the branch at 17th july, but they said the card has not been received at the branch yet. Yet, i recieved a text message which said i had to get my card and change the pin by 26th july. Anyway, i went there today again (24th july, 2017) but came back without any results. The branch manager told me to come again as the person bearing the card was absent. Dear sir, it is very difficult and unprofessional for me to take leave from my office every now and then for such a small task. I again have to take leave for this same matter which is very much irritating and unprofessional from your side. I would kindly request you to look into this matter and take steps against such unprofessional bank employees. Thank you, I will wait for a reply soon.
