Indian Bank — delaying refund amount

Address:53/1,pandian street,allpakam,, 603001

I payed fees through pnline payment with debit card, during paying money in online payment, otp is aksked nd i entered the otp number and i cliked the submit, it shows that"error not found" and i received message from bank that money is deducted... But fees was not payed, it almost 5 days still i didn't get refund amount from indian bank,
