Indian Bank — did not get refund

I had ordered 2 orders in amazon and i cancelled but my money not get refunded till now.. So many working days gone till now not credited and reference id numbers are[[protected] ] and another reference number is[[protected] ]... So please help me to get my refund back as soon as possible... Amazon customer said it had initiated on 18th april but till now i not got any refund
