Indian Bank — education loan paid but delay in getting noc form

Hello,
I have taken 1.50 lakhs education loan during 2010-11 at indian bank, karimangalam branch, dharmapuri dt. Now i have done the full due amount with one shot mode. He promised me that once you done the payment you can collect the noc on that day itself. But now bank manager is not ready to give noc i’m not sure what might be the reason. Please take the action immediately.

Updated by rkrajesh119 I think bank manager indirectly expecting bribe for this noc process get it done quickly if he delays to give noc form obviously we will be ready to give some adjustments.He came to know that I need to this NOC form in very urgent so he is misusing my situation.its a matter of one day job but he is keep on saying some silly reasons and delaying for last two weeks.
