I have been trying to pay electricity bill through phonepe app on 23 sep 2018.
But it shows transaction failed. 3 min after i receive msg on phone pe for successful refund. But in my account i didn't get amount. One ticket number i get in phone pe. It shows amount will credit to you account on oct 2. But i not get amount after oct 2.

Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I had to receive refund from Amazon by 4th oct. Amazon says they have initiated on 28th sept. My bank says no such refund. The amount is Rs 15060. My account is with Indian bank. I have attached the email from Amazon.
