Indian Bank — fraud in indian bank piler branch

Dear sir/madam,
The indian bank piler branch manager has given the loan with keeping the fake patta pass books to mr r. Yella reddy account no [protected], number of times we give the written complaint with proof to bank manager mrs sudharani (Ph no [protected]) but there is no any action on that. The bank manager has giving the loan to mr yella reddy to low interest and mr yella reddy has rotating the amt @ 5 to 10 interest in outside people. This is the fraud going on in piler indian bank. Mr yellareddy, 1b &adangal has blocked due to fake, in mandal devision since 4 years back, but the indian bank manager has continuing the lone without original 1b. The bank manager and customer mr yella reddy has merging and doing this type of fraud.
Kindly verify the mr yella reddy aadhar no[protected] then you knows, how many loans has given and how much amt he taken from the bank. And also check his patta pass book this is totally fake. Mr yella reddy has takes old pass book and he removed old photo and attached his photo and updated his details.
We applied the under rti act, but there is no replay from bank manager mrs sudharani.
Pls find the mr yella reddy online 1b and adangal position is totally blocked.
Kindly take the action on that and close the fake document loans (Fraud),

Rs 525 was not refund to me the order will be cancel on 01.03.2020

Hello,

I've tried to submit Form 15H for TDS purpose online however when I hit submit seeing the below error message,

" 350 CAN AVAIL ONLY ONE TAX BENEFIT"

Please do the needful and help resolving this issue. Also please let me know whether physical submission of form 15h is needed.

Refund not processed, I bought some product from Amazon on 19.02.2020, after sometime I cancelled it but I did not got the refund in my account.

Refund not credited
I order for one product in amazon.some reasons, so i return for the product from jan 17, 2020.The refund is processed my amazon account 21 jan 2020.But cash is not credit my indian bank account.
