[Resolved] Indian Bank — Fund transfer failed, still waiting for refund | |||
I had done an online transaction from Indian Bank app (indoasis) on[protected] to SBI, taloja branch amount of Transaction Rs. 11, 000/-, while the transaction is being processed suddenly it was showing that the transaction is failed, after some time I received a message from Bank saying that Rs.11, 000/- has been debited from your account. I called customer care, they were not accepting calls / busy / call was disconnecting automatically, I visited the Indian Bank Kharghar Branch, they were telling that our server is down so the transaction failed, your amount will be credited back to your account by end of the day on 25th Jan 2021. But it's not credited on 25th. I again called customer care, after 100 s of attempts my call got connected I asked why my amount is not credited back to my account, they asked me to visit branch again, they gave me same answer that your amount will be credited to your account by end of the day, but it's not credited. Again I called customer care, after so many attempts the call connected, they asked me to lodge online complaint regarding the same, I done complaint, but no response, it is showing as your complaint is under process from last 2 - 3 days. Again Today I visited Bank, they gave me same answer, your amount will be credited to your account by evening 4-5pm, but it's still not credited to my account, I called bank, now a lady from Bank asking me to send a mail regarding this. I said already given complaint regarding this, she suddenly disconnected my call. Is this the way they behave. They deducted my account on 23 Jan 2021, now it has been 5 days they were unable to refund my funds. I am being harassed by bank. And proudly the bank staff is saying that we have more than 20, 000 failed transactions complaint. I have to run here and there for my own money, . It has been 5 days I am bearing all this. Please look into this matter as soon as possible and ask them to refund my money immediately. Thank you Was this information helpful? | |||
Jan 29, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved After complaining to consumercomplaints.in, today my amount has been credited to my account.
