[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Funds freezed and not returned

I have tried to authorize a mandate and it failed by my funds have been not returned ever since(15th July). The customer service is of no help. It connects after a 100 trails but of no help. I have already raised an online complaint but no response from there either.
