Indian Bank — I ' am complaining about my money not being transferred to my account refunded by Paytm

Address:Indra Nagar , district- UNNAO State - UTTAR PRADESH

My recharge of bsnl number of rupees 24 was un succesful thrice on 7- 11 2020 when I made contact with Paytm they replied that they have refunded my money and provided me all the three reference number provided below by the Paytm . They are 30005403130312113120133, and 30005403130312113076640, and the. Third is 30005403130312113257174.
