Indian Bank — I can't get my money from the bank but the money was deducted from my account.

On 12/01/20, i was use my debit card on an atm, but i can't get money, the money was not came out from the atm but the amount of money was deducted from my bank account. I am submitting one message which was provided to me at that time, that was-

Rs.10000.00 withdrawn at atm id:akd8009, boi malbazar west mi on 12/01/20 09:11 from ac:xxx622610. Bal:4633.70 cr. Always use indian bank atm to avoid charges

Please help me, it is my humble request to you please help me to give me my money back..
