I have ordered redmi not 9 pro in amazon and i have paid through indian bank debit card(MasterCard) the product they sent me was a defective one and they replaced me with another new mobile that was too a defective piece so i returned the mobile on oct 14 i still didn't get my refund today nov 3.
i had speaked to amazon customer care and visited indian bank home branch nothing have helped me, i got my rr no which was given by amazon and they asked to raise charge dispute. where there is no kind of from like that in indian bank. Was this information helpful? |
