[Resolved] Indian Bank — IMPS transaction failed but amount was debited not credit so far | |||
Dear Sir/ Madam, I have SB account in Indian bank pallavaram branch .A/c No[protected]. I have transfered through IMPS to CUB by mobile banking on[protected] for Rs. 1600.00. But amount was not credited that account. But debit in my SB account. I have complaint in IB customer care .Complaint ID was 10209003 But they have closed the complaint and sent to [protected]@indianbank.co.in. But sofar I can't get any reply and I don't know about that money. Kindly verify and credit the amount to my account at the earliest with regards S.Balaji Was this information helpful? | |||
