Indian Bank — imps transaction failed but money not refunded | |||
I am vinothkumar n, i have an saving account in indian bank, woraiyur branch. Branch code:w008 Account num: [protected] I have transferred rs 10000 through imps transaction on 15/01/2019. My transaction got interrupted middle and money has debited from account but beneficiary not yet received the money and i m also not refunded. And also i have not received any sms or email notification regarding my transaction. Regarding this i have contact the customer care many times and also i given complaint in indian bank website portal. My complaint also still is in pending.
