Indian Bank — in atm, money not withdrawn, but amount debited from account

On Nov 28th, 2019, tried to withdraw Rs 5000 from SBI ATM ID 1276400 in Madurai P&T Nagar. The amount was not dispensed. But debited from account.

Subsequently withdrawal of Rs1900 from the same ATM was successful.
