Indian Bank — indian bank amount not refund to my bank account

I'm Lavanya i made a purchase with amazon from indian bank debit card. After that i returned the item that i purchase from amazon and subsequently the refund has been processed by with reference number# 7BJXC7YK0000K78NEVL1. Till now refund amount 1164/- was not reflected to my bank account. I made a call to the Indian bank customer care but i didn't get any response from them, then i have contacted to the other number which belongs to Chennai branch she said to call to my home branch. Then i contacted my home branch no response from them. Why Indian bank is not responding to the customers. Please resolve my problem and get my money back to my bank account.
