Indian Bank — indian bank - btm (bangalore) - service is unacceptable on pensioner live cert | |||
We had been to this branch for already 2 times and in the last 2 weeks and everytime we go, we hear that the biometric machine is not working and hence we can not process the pensioner's live certificate processing. Last year, the same happened with this branch and we had to go 4 times to get the thing done. This year also, we are facing the same issue. Branch manager is useless siting there, as every time he says the system is down. This is unacceptable. How will elder/old aged people come so many times to bank to get their live cert processed for their pension? Worst ever branch i have seen in indian bank in bangalore. I am not at all happy with this branch and branch manager especially as he knows he has not done any steps to correct things in bank to service your customers.
