Indian Bank — indian bank did not allow me to deposit school fees

Dear sir,
Yesterday i went to indian bank to deposit school fees. I was there at 3:30 pm but the security guard did not allowed me to enter into the bank while other banks work till 4:00 pm. Now today i will have to pay late fees. So, please tell me that who is responsible for this mess. I want immediate reply from your side otherwise i am going to consumer forum.
