Indian Bank — indian bank refund not received

This is to confirm that refund for amount 2939.00 has been successfully processed on[protected] .
but still i have not recieved the money. When i spoke with an amazon associate he said i have to fill a "charge dispute form" bcause it could be a problem at my bank side. I also contacted my banks customer care many a time but they say that problem could only be resolved by visiting my branch.
