Indian Bank — Irresponsible behavior of customer care executive | |
Hi, My account was wrongly debited twice for Rs.1330. I called on the Tollfree customer care number, the Guy just picked my call kept the phone on & didn't respond. He literally wasted my 23 minutes. When i called again i got the same irresponsible, irrational reponse. These customer care executives are hired to help the customers & not waste their time or make fun of them. It would be better if Indian Bank took more effort in employing the right people. & keep a check on how they are handling customers. If this is going to continue, surely Indian Bank will lose it's customers. If anyone who can take a step & make an effort should do this soon. Was this information helpful? | |

I have registered for net banking 5 days before and still it is not activated as the message came it will be activated within 24 hrs. I tried contacting the branch people but no one is lifting the call.

Hi I have an account on kirumapakkam branch, Pondicherry 607403. Recently I tried to apply debit card, so I given a letter but they didn't get from me and they said to come tomorrow, I asked why I have to come tomorrow, it's 3.15pm only why u can't process my request today, suddenly one of the staff sold me with bad words, so kindly take action.
