Indian Bank — microsat vijayawada : pathetic service at this branch | |||
Hello sir, I am anusha dasu from vijayawada and visited on 10th august 2017 to deposit some amount to my mom's account. I came at 11'o clock and i was standing in queue till the bank closure i was not able to deposit the amount. At first they said they won't accept the notes which something is written on the bank. So they asked me to change the note and i stood second time and now the person left the counter before the deposit time saying that to reach her home it takes 30 minutes. I contacted the manager as well and i never expected a lazy response from a person who is there in higher position. I have an account each on two other banks and i have never ever experienced this type of service. Kindly investigate why this has happened and make sure that it will never happen again. I am in a full of dissatisfaction and expecting reply asap. Was this information helpful? | |||
