Indian Bank — misplaced net banking form | |||
Sir, I koj talang apply netbanking on 27 september 2019 at Indian bank, G-extension . i ask many time regarding netbanking, they always say..still not came, come next week. But today i visit bank and ask regarding net banking still same answere from bank staff. so i ask them check a record why it so late, its month ago apply. staff check record but not get My Netbanking form which i apply month ago. then they making excuse...shortage of staff no one maintain and care files..etc... any ask me to apply again new form. My humbly request to take a action such staff..how can they so careless ? they should responsibility for it. Was this information helpful? | |||
