Dear sir/madam,

I am manjula from chennai. I have tried to transfer money through imps using indpay rs:16500 two times total amount debited rs:33000 from my account. I have enquired my beneficiary's bank's on this issue but no transaction as been done through indian bank, they said me to ask in bank. I have mentioned my transaction details below.

Sir I have purchased phones from amazon.But after purchasing my ordered has been cancelled by amazon due to some technical issue but i havent received me payment back.

I have done a payment on 3rd of September of Rs. 15 and not able to get the payment receipt as pdf for my payment. Kindly help me get the receipt as soon as possible.
