I tried to book a cake through online yesterday night. I made 3 attempts where two were failed and one was correct. For my first wrong attempt, I got my money back and for the second one I asked the website customer care and they said that your order is not successful but my money in debit card has been deducted. Didn't get the refund till now. Hope I get a quicker and better reply :)
