Indian Bank — money not deposited in my account

I bought one product on Amazon and it's cancelled by their agent for some reason and the Amazon will initiated my amount from their end and after some 2-3 working days bank generates the ref no:[protected] if I asked the Amazon customer care they told that the problem will be at bank side with some issue.so plz accept my request and resolve my problem and make sure that initiate my money in my account
