Indian Bank — Money sent by mistake to another account through mobile banking | |||
I wish to inform you that on 12.11.2021 around 6.00 p.m. by mistake, I have transferred an amount of Rs.1, 80, 000 /- (Rupees One lakh and Eighty Thousand) from my Saving A/C. No.[protected]Indian Bank, Royapettah Branch, Chennai ) to another account No.[protected] (Indian Bank, Rangaraja Puram Branch, Chennai). Reference No.[protected]. Immediately, on noticing this mistake I have made a complaint through phone to cybercrime online portal. (Acknowledgement No.[protected]) and also informed this to Indian Bank, Royapettah Branch through phone. I humbly request your goodselves to kindly help me in getting the amount of Rs.1, 80, 000/- which was wrongly transferred from my saving account as early as possible.
