Indian Bank — mudra loan not giving to educated women

Sir, My wife approaches Indian bank, Thiruchitrambalam branch for Mudra scheme loan for buying CNC lathe machine for wood works. We had all documents such as quotation. Adhar and bank details. But Manager says go out and I don't give loan for this mudra scheme. Not even seen the quotation, not ask name and no enquiry. Blankly say I won't give loan. My cell number [protected]..
