Indian Bank — my money got deducted but no response from indian bank

I have tried to buy hair items in my nykaa mobile application and used debit card transaction for payment of rs.517 on july 11th 2019. The transaction was failed but the amount is debited from my account. I reached the branch and wrote a complaint but no status yet now. Please help me out to solve this complaint. I have enquired nykaa customer care on this but no shopping is cancelled, they said me to ask in bank. I have attached my transaction details
