Indian Bank — my refund from amazon is not issued yet

I have returned an order on amazon and the refund amount is supposed to be issued by 3-5 days and by now it has been 16 days. When i contacted the amazon customer care they asked me to contact indian bank customer care about this and then the indian back customer care asked me to go to a nearby branch and they asked me to lodge a compliant.
