Indian Bank — myntra refund not reflected in my account

Hello there, I've made a purchase from myntra using the indian bank debit card. Due to size issues i've returned the products. Myntra said that the refund was successful on 13.03.2020 and also they provided me utr numbers stating that the refund transaction is successful. The utr are 30001000790069169399131 and 30001000740069169399132. It's been 25 days yet the amount is not reflected in my bank account. The amount to be refunded is rs.2951. Indian Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Apr 07, 2020 Updated by Albin Jo Vasanth Correction : Those numbers are not UTR numbers. They are Bank reference number. Kindly do the same. Thank you.

Sir, Myntra company said that they have processed my refund. But refund has not been credited in my account.
