Indian Bank — myntra refund not reflected in my account

Hello there,

I've made a purchase from myntra using the indian bank debit card. Due to size issues i've returned the products. Myntra said that the refund was successful on 13.03.2020 and also they provided me utr numbers stating that the refund transaction is successful. The utr are 30001000790069169399131 and 30001000740069169399132. It's been 25 days yet the amount is not reflected in my bank account. The amount to be refunded is rs.2951. Kindly resolve it as soon as possible.

Correction : Those numbers are not UTR numbers. They are Bank reference number. Kindly do the same.

Refund not processed. Please help!
Sir, Myntra company said that they have processed my refund. But refund has not been credited in my account.
Sir, please help me in getting my refund. I have faced a lot of problem in this issue. Please help sir.
