On 30th June I have given complaint about my lost money. In petrol bunk we did transaction of 310 Ra twice that is 620rs the money is been deducted but Transaction failed. Please kindly return my money back.

I had made a complaint regarding netbanking on saturday of 6th july 2019 of id IBE0145715 .Still it is at pending why r they not resolving my complaint.
