Indian Bank — non closure of my fixed deposit — refused to make payment

Respected sir,
Sub : closure of my fixed deposit a/c no 25 / 152 — (Rept no 0195003.)

With due respect i would like to bring to your kind notice that i am an account holder in your bank for more than 10 years. Few months ago i had approached your prestigious bank in order to close my fixed deposits which was opened in the year of 2006.
But with utter disappointment, i wish to inform you that unfortunately till date i have not received any message of the deposit closure.
The deposit was matured on 28.12.2014 and till now i am unaware of my maturity value. Wherever i approach the bank to close the deposit i was given vague reply by manager and he showed reluctant to close and pay me the cash.
For your kind information it is an individual account and i am the sole owner of the deposit. This money was deposited for the purpose of higher education to my elder daughter who has taken the medical profession. Due to the outbreak of covid 19 we have lost our daily income and now we are struggling for a day’s food.
As the current unfortunate situation is hurting my family lives i want the deposits to be closed immediately and hence please close my deposit and pay me the maturity amount with till date accumulated interest.
Understating the prevailing situation if you take necessary action as early as possible i will be highly grateful to you.
If my amble request is not considered and denied my due payment, i may be forced to take up the matter to higher officials and also file a complaint with ombudsman to seek recovery for the losses i have sustained as result of your negligence.

sir i made a request to the branch manager to make payment as the FD was to be paid to my daughter, s education
the branch manager did not even get / receive my request letter and chased me like street dog. hence i want to complain to the higher authorities . pl arrange to get my money and due to corona lock down my family is starving for daily food.
