Respected Sir,
Please refer to RBI 2021 guidelines allowing individual borrowers to avail EMI moratorium for a period of 2 years from March 31st, 2021, if loan accounts are in the standard category on March 31st, 2021.
Hence please cancel NPA and possession notice sent to me, and my children and pasted on Kannadasan Nagar home walls to prevent hindrance to buyers and my attorneys visiting my home to amicably sell my property and settle dues to the bank if I am not able to honor EMIs after March 31st, 2023.
I request compensation of 14400000 for defaming me in public with NPA and possession notices served and pasted on my Kannadasan Nagar house door, though I am your reputed client of 20 years from 2001 and mentally torturing my husband B. Sachithananthan my co-borrower and (murder at Xcellent hospital by which teamwork is under inquiry by my criminal lawyers) by Park town CM Ms. Sangeetha during COVID 19 distressed borrowers relief moratorium 2 under RBI moratorium guidelines of 2021.
In addition,
I have been a revenue source for the Indian bank park town branch from 2001 to the tune of 1 crore by way of interest paid by me towards 8 loans out of which 4 were foreclosed. Do you mean to say that Ms. Sangeetha, CM of the Parktown branch was a source of income or liability to your bank?
I wish to add that EMIs have not started for the educational loans of my children Dr. Sakthi Sachithananthan and Heramba Vigneshwar Sachithananthan.
This is an act of breach of loyalty to a reputed NRI customer.
A reply canceling the NPA and possession notices is required urgently to this effect to my email immediately.
Thanks and best regards,
Dr. Vedavalli Sachithananthan
