Indian Bank — not received my refund | |||||
I have purchased mobile phone from amazon on 11/07/2019 by making payment 14965 through indian bank debit card, i have cancelled the item on 12/07/2019 and amazon initiated refund on 18/07/2019 with refund reference number[protected], but not credited amount in my bank account, when i contacted amazon customer service, they requested me for contacting indian bank customer care has no answer, also visited in my branch but also has no answer.
