Indian Bank — not received refund from amazon

I ordered a smartphone from amazon samsung galaxy a30 on 20th march 2019 for 17090rs by debit card and cancelled the order on 21st march 2019. Amazon told me that they'll refund me the amount by 5working days and i've still not got the refund. They've provided me the above reference number and told me to contact bank but the bank is asking for the utr no which amazon doesn't have.
Pls do the needful as the amount for me is very huge.

The account number which the amount was debited is [protected] branch cuffeparade and name of the account holder Asha Mahato
The amount is still not credited to my account.
Pls do the needful
