Indian Bank — Pending activation for Internet Banking

We appiled for Internet Banking facility for Indian Bank account [Confidential] 4 times in last 2 month and received the PIN last week. We are trying to login with CIF and the login password. We are getting "109 inactive or pending activation". Even after 4 visits to the branch, the activation is not done. Our PIN ref : 7419842.
Please help to activate the PIN at the earliest.
