Sir, i am ex staff, my sr no 25404 i am using all menu online and working fine but when i am using ib customer menu and go to option menu pension slip, fill account no and mobile no afterwards it will processing only. so i am unable to download pension slip, error msg came enter your registered mobile no.pl do the needful. i am having sb ac no[protected], rameshbhai c patel, valsad br V059

Updated by rameshcpatel Sir, regarding my complain for pension slip not download from your side mention resolved but still it is not going on, now msg coming please check your account no or mobile no.my account no,[protected] valsad V059 branch and same mob no in my account. pl see again my complain,
