Indian Bank — pmay subsidy - home loan

Address:Kolathur, Chennai, TN, 600099, Salem, Tamil Nadu, 600099

I availed home loan from this bank in Feb 2018. Since then I was orally following up with the branch about the status. They were saying "sir, we applied your claim and it is under process". Then I escalated higher levels in mails from 16 Feb 2019.
Then the branch/bank applies only on 1 Mar 2019.
1 YEAR DELAY! I am not paying my loan EMI.
