[Resolved]  Indian Bank — Rate of interest variation

dear sir, i am s.Amalraj i had received home loan from indian bank choolaimedu branch A/C no.[protected] /13.10.2010 from the date of commencing three years fixed interest 8.5/&9.5% vize after that floating interest rate in my case first and second, third year interest charged as per agreement is correct except oct.2011 and nov.2011 two months interest charged 11.75% as per your statement of account. regading this i have given compliant letter to branch manager fourmonths back till date no reply received further manager says branch not changed the interest rate you have to give complient cell so kindly verify my agreement which is available with bank and rectify the interest rate and excess recovery amount may criditted to my A/C no.[protected] early pl
