Respected sir/madam
I have recently had three failed transactions while booking tickets in irctc. They have refunded my amount to the bank. I have contacted indian bank's customer care they told me to go to home branch for this issue.
When i contacted the home branch they tossed me again to bank's customer care. I feel utterly disappointed for how much trouble i have went through.
I have added some screenshot photos of the same. Please refund the amount as soon as possible.
