I’ve been complaining, writing, visiting branch and talking to their customer care from past two months but nothing have been done as yet. I’ve done it all but no rescue.in today’s world of digitalisation they assume people to visit their home branch for any refund or any problem.
I was initiated a refund of 1499/- from amazon on 28th july but i’ve yet not received any amount as yet.
