Indian Bank — Refund amount was initiated by amazon but the money was not credited on my indian bank account

The refund amount of rs 3980 was initiated by amazon seller on april 06 2026 but the amount was not credited on my indian bank account till date.Even I've talked to amazon customer service they replied that, the amount was successfully credited to you indian bank account ending with the number 2042 and then i reached my home indian bank branch and said about the issues but there is no response I've recieved till date (12/06/2026)
