Sir mere maine paytm se 1 train ticket book kiya tha irctc k thru jiska balance pay ho gya tha but ticket ni book hui thi to maine paytm me call kr k poocha to wo bole aap apna 1 month ka bank statement bhejiye to refund ho jayega phir statement bheja to mail me unka reply aya ki app apna complaint. No... Send kr dijiye apka balance refund ho jayega... Ye hai meri complaint. Sir mughe complaint no... Dene ki kripa kre i am shivam gupta dhanyawad
