Indian Bank — refund dispute

Im meenakshi and i'm having indian bank account in tiruvannamalai. I had payed rs. 1796 in amazon through my atm card and i cancelled that. They had given me an reference number[protected] also for refund and they said by oct 25 i'll get my refund. But still the refund is not processed. So when i called the customer care they told to file a refund dispute. Kindly refund my amount as soon as possible.

I have attached the picture of my msg, the first transaction actually failed, but money was send from my account, but i didnt receive it back, the 2nd transaction was success, and also balance suppose to be 353 rupees, but when i checked at ATM . only 46rs is left in my acc

Yesterday 191 rupees deducted my account.
The reason was minimum balance deduction.but I have 1500 rupees in my account.then y they are deducted. please consider and refund my amount of 191 rupees as soon as possible.thank u
