Indian Bank — Refund doesn't reflect in my account

My name is ABEESHEK i order a poco x2 mobile on oct 6 and some reason for canceled on oct 8 but still now refund not credited in my account...
Amazon gave me the reference id #30005102800280170913939 date 10/8/2020 indian bank has still not credited my money...refund mount 16499...
This is urgent please help me as soon as possible..
