Dear sir, kindly refund amount for rs. 2551 sent to indian bank while transaction id no. 20190323111212800100168320061714478 sent by purple.com while splitting the same amount as rs. 2324 and rs. 227 and they have replied us that the same transaction was settled by purple.com on 25/03/2019 and amount is with indian bank and then i called to indian bank corporate office, atm service center and officer informed me that it takes 10 days for settlement and i asked him that one month over and then he replied on saturday that it will be refunded in a day or two while it has been again 5 days over while i didn't receive my amount back, kindly ask them to refund the same amount to my account at the earliest.
