Indian Bank — refund from amazon not credited

Hi, i cancelled a couple of orders from amazon and they mentioned the refund has been processed successfully, but i don't see any deposit credited to my account to this date 8/20/2019.

Date of placed order:8/15/2019

Refund successfully processed on:8/9/2019 and 8/11/2019

The authorization code (Refund reference number) for the transaction is 619880.

The transaction email has been attached below. Kindly see that i receive my refund.
