I have received a refund from ecommerce platform - Amazon on Nov 9 2021 but it was not reflecting in my account.
They have provided me with a transaction ID on Nov 17 2021 : [protected]P[protected]. I have raised a ticket with Indian Bank online complaint forum but it was closed saying "transaction successful to beneficiary account"
The customer care executive is unable to map it to my account and advised me to approach home branch. I called amazon again and they said that only customer care can help as refund is credited to the bank and has to be mapped by customer care to my account. Hence the transaction ID. I am utterly confused. All I want is my money back.
Kindly request you to assit me in the process.
