Indian Bank — Refund initiated my Amazon on 19-Nov-2021 but not received yet

Address:96, Nai Basti, Sitapur,261001

I have ordered OnePlus Nord Ce 5G from Amazon worth Rs 24999 on 17-Nov-2021 but my order got cancelled on 18-Nov-2021 and Amazon initiated a refund on 19-Nov-2021.
It's 4 December now and the refund is still not visible in my bank account.
The account is in the name of my father Ravi Prakash Saxena
Amazon provides me RRN -VMRNJHSG0000KVJYR7Z1.

Kindly please help.
