Indian Bank — refund is not credited in bank account

I have one plus 6t on 18 march but i have cancelled it on 20 march i have paid through my debit card i have been waiting for more than 5 working day as per rbi policy. My reference number is 75503729080027989150499. I want to get my amount as soon as possible since i have ordered from past 10 days it's humble request to refund it. Thank you for help i think it will be refunded asap
